Return & Refund Policy – TielboHub

1. Overview

At TielboHub, every watch is carefully inspected and tested before shipment to ensure the highest quality standards.

This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted.

By placing an order, you agree to this policy.


2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipment → Full refund available
  • Once the order has been shipped → Cancellation is no longer possible

⚠️ Because each watch undergoes inspection and preparation before dispatch, processing may begin shortly after purchase.


3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Request submitted within 7 days of delivery
  • Item is unused, unworn, and unaltered
  • Original packaging, tags, warranty card, and accessories are intact
  • Watch has no signs of wear, resizing, or damage

4. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will NOT be accepted in the following cases:

  • Watches that have been worn, adjusted, or modified
  • Missing packaging, manuals, or warranty card
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repair
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Requests made outside the return period

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective
  • Damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Photos or video evidence

We will offer:

  • Replacement (preferred)
  • Or full refund if replacement is not available

6. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@tielbohub.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for return authorization
  4. Ship the item according to our instructions

⚠️ Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.


7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer reasons (change of mind, wrong order) → Customer pays return shipping
  • Quality issues / incorrect items → We cover return shipping

8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

9. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in the following cases:

  • Defective products
  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect orders

All exchanges are subject to product availability.


10. Warranty (Separate Policy)

Product defects after use are covered under our warranty policy, not the return policy.


11. Refused or Undelivered Packages

If a package is refused or cannot be delivered due to customer reasons:

  • Refund will be issued minus shipping and handling costs

12. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our conditions
  • All returned items are subject to inspection
  • Policies may be updated without prior notice
